HELIUM LEAK TESTING
SCI has the means to perform the following tests for.
helium leaks:
- He leak detection by high vacuum method with sensitivity up to 5*10-13 Pa m3 /s | 3.75 *10-12 Torr l/s | 5*10-12 mbar l/s.
- Leak detection by Sniffer method for pressurized equipment with test sensitivity up to 1 * 10-8 Pa m3 /s | 7.5 *10-8Torr l/s | 1*10-7 mbar l/s.
